How do I contact Sealand - A Maersk Company?
We have from November 3rd 2018 changed our email address domain to @sealandmaersk.com, meaning you will no longer be receiving emails from @seagoline.com, @sealand.com or @mcc.com.sg. As an example, personal email addresses such as Sarah.Jensen@seagoline.com will be changed to Sarah.Jensen@sealandmaersk.com. Team email addresses such as DK.Export@seagoline.com will be changed to DK.Export@sealandmaersk.com. We highly recommend that you update the email addresses on us in your inbox to the new @sealandmaersk.com, however should you by coincidence send an email to our old domains, rest assured that the message will still be coming to our inbox. Keep in mind that our Sales and Customer Service phone numbers, as well as office addresses, will remain the same, thus not changing.
What does it mean that we’re rebranded but the legal entity is unchanged?
The legal name and legal entity in your region is still Seago Line A/S OR MCC Transport Singapore Pte. Ltd. OR Maersk Line A/S dba SeaLand. The regional brands have simply been rebranded under Sealand – A Maersk Company. In practical effect, this will mean that you will experience documents with our new logo and color, but the company’s name and legal entity remains unchanged: Seago Line A/S, MCC Transport Singapore Pte. Ltd. and Maersk Line A/S dba SeaLand.
The rebranding of Seago Line A/S, MCC Transport Singapore Pte. Ltd. and Maersk Line A/S dba SeaLand will be followed by a change of legal entity and we will be moving towards this during the next six to nine months. We are taking special care to not disrupt any of your business and we will provide you with further updates in due course.
What happens to your digital channels?
You will now find information about us on our new website www.sealandmaersk.com. We have also rebranded our Social Media Channels, and the Seago Line App, MCC App and SeaLand App will soon be rebranded too. Despite the logo and colors being different now, MySeagoLine, MyMCC or MySeaLand online services will not be impacted at this point, and your login details to and shipment history on these services will not change.
Will there be any changes to the Bill of Lading?
We are working intensively to ensure that this rebranding runs smoothly and will not create any disruption to our operations. Only our company branding has changed. The legal entity is still Seago Line A/S, MCC Transport Singapore Pte. Ltd. and Maersk Line A/S dba SeaLand, and the Bill of Ladings will continue to be issued by one of these legal entities, but will in the future have the logo and color of Sealand – A Maersk Company.
We are right now verifying the new look of the Bill of Lading paper with the printing house that prints the security paper. You will receive the new paper once new batches are produced and distributed. You may use existing stationary until depleted as both existing and new Bill of Lading paper are legally valid.
How about our payment details?
Since the legal entity is still Seago Line A/S, MCC Transport Singapore Pte. Ltd. and Maersk Line A/S dba SeaLand, there will be no changes with regards to bank account details. Please issue the checks as before to either Seago Line A/S, MCC Transport Singapore Pte. Ltd. or Maersk Line A/S dba SeaLand.

Ltd. or Maersk Line A/S dba SeaLand but will also contain the logo and color of Sealand – A Maersk Company.
