Chittagong Port Storage Charge

In compliance with the Chittagong Port Authority’s regulation, we will collect the Chittagong Port Storage Charge for Dhaka and Pangaon bound import containers. Please find relevant details

Delivery of 37 commodities inside port*NEW!*

These commodities cannot be taken delivery from the Chittagong Terminal.
Instead, these types of commodities should be taken delivery from the off-docks outside the Chittagong terminal.
Off Docks will be determined as per local operational requirement at the time of cargo arrival.

Non Licensed Forwarder

Bookings cannot be accepted for non-licensed freight forwarders in Bangladesh (consignee or notify).

Chemical Shipments

For any container enjoying free time beyond the standard tariff

Any Detention Invoice issued on or after May 3rd 2018 will be calculated with above tariff. The method is indifferent for any import shipment for which Detention is chargeable irrespective of standard or special free time deal.

 

For any container to be taken outside of the port

5 days refundable advance detention need to be deposited on top of approved free time date or container delivery date (whichever is greater). Advance detention deposit will be refunded within seven working days of receiving refund request with survey reports, after returning the container to the nominated depot.
