Depots marked with ''price in EUR'' can be used for pick up , subject to mentioned pick up fee.

Depots marked with  "-"  pick up can only be arranged after confirmation by EQU team

Depots marked with  "X"  pick up will not be accepted.

Freetime & Demurrage

Export demurrage free time
Freetime starts with the 1st day as day when container arrives at the terminal and last day as day when container leaves the terminal. Both days included.
Dry cargo 7 calendar days Day of arrival and departure included.
IMO cargo, reefer containers, special equipment 5 calendar days Day of arrival and departure included .

Other Charges

Extra cost charges
Manual shipping instructions fee 30 EUR
BL/SWB amendment 75 EUR, applied after BL/SWB issuance or after three days from vessel ETD,25 EUR, applied for 3rd draft amendment
Overweight fee 100 EUR + In case of police fine, the amount will be re-invoiced to booked by party.
Cross booking fee 70 EUR

Manual Documentation Fee

From November 1st 2016, all shipping instruction submissions for your shipments must be submitted through or any other online platform (EDI, INTTRA etc.).

In case that you still wish to submit the shipping instructions manually, a Manual Documentation Fee (MDF) is applied.

The Manual Documentation Fee will be: 25 USD / bill of lading
