Shipping to and from Panama

Special cargo:

• OOG and IMO cargo are subject to standard Sealand approval procedures. For this cargo type shippers must send shipping instructions and gate in containers to port at least three hours ahead of cutoffs.

• Weight Restrictions. Before leaving the port facilities, containers are weighed in order to establish conformance with the overall weight restriction norm 37,000 Kgs.

Our setup in Panama consists of two elements: Detention and Storage.

This means you will have separate free time and compensation terms for utilization of equipment outside (Detention) of terminals or depots.

Compensation for storage related to use of terminal or depot facilities will be charged separately.

Detention starts from gate-out empty (included) from depot, ends with gate-in full day (included) to terminal
