Import restrictions for DG/Reefer/OOG

Commodities restrictions(Waste Cargo)

No longer accept waste cargo to destination Chinese Mainland from Sep 1st 2020 (scheduled departure date). Notice

For import cargoes to Chengdu, transit mode as POR-vessel-Shanghai-Rail-Chengdu, please pay attention to below restrictions.

1. Special cargo(OOG & DG) is not acceptable;
2. 45' is not acceptable;
3. GW/box over 30480kgs is not acceptable;
4. Cargo weight distribute evenly over the container when stuffing - illustration of container stuffing is required when cargo is about to arrive Shanghai, but if container is still deemed as stuffing imbalance by China Railway, it cannot be approved to be further carried until re-stuffing under Customs' monitor is done at Shanghai, which will cost more time and money from consignee;
5. 20GP should come in pairs - railway carries 20GP in pairs, and gross weight gap between 20' containers should be within 5 Tons. If only one 20GP is sent to Chengdu, it has to wait at Shanghai for an another suitable 20GP, and waiting time/departure date is unpredictable.
6.  Cargo stuffing photos need to be provided to railway station once cargo being discharged at Shanghai, effective from Sep 1st 2019.

PRE Import, NVOCC Empty SOC declare as Laden especially for Tank container, not EMPTY. Or we will request ROB before vessel call.
*After new manifest rule began from May 2018, Ningbo Yongzhou Terminal only can do for international transit, cannot do operation for change terminals.
