REEFER:

Requirements needed from shipper:

• via Direct Shipper: generally acceptable; if new client, verify acceptability from approving desk
• via Forwarder: acceptable provided below terms are accepted by shipper:
• * commodity is FROZEN * ultimate shipper is declared * approval from appropriate desk is secured

Restrictions: No acceptance of Reefers to PAT port in Bangkok

Dangerous (DG Cargo):

Requirements needed from shipper:

• IMO 1, 6 and 7– conditionally acceptable, pending discussion of local Ops with direct customers.
• Used Batteries / waste shipment: Shipper must provide MSDS to shipping line for approval of commodity

Restrictions:

• No acceptance of DG cargo with IMO 4.2 UN 1384 to Huangpu
• No acceptance of DG cargo to PAT port in Bangkok
• No acceptance of DG Cargo to THKLT(Bangkok Old Port Klong Toey) and THBKKSH (Sahathai)

Flexibags/Flexitanks:

Requirements needed from shipper:

MSDS of commodity and manufacturer details of flexibag is required to further check if booking can be accepted or not

Other restrictions

• No Acceptance for LCL Cargo (DG and NON DG)
• No acceptance of the following to Myanmar: • Logging and timber processing machinery and equipment • Mining and processing of minerals • Mining and processing of semi-precious stones.
• No acceptance of waste products/cargo such as waste plastics, vanadium slag, unsorted wastepaper, plastic scrapand certain textile materials to China and Hong Kong.
• No acceptance of plastic, plastic particles, USED - tires, tyres and rubber to Vietnam.

Note:

• Port Storage is settled directly with terminal.
• DAY 1 starts on the SAME DAY as container discharge (import) and Empty Pull out (export)
• Free time coverage is from the time the containers were discharged up to Empty return (Import), or from the time the empty container was pulled out and delivered loaded at the terminal (Export)

** If second and subsequent amendments are requested via email/CS to execute manually, both 30USD plus 50USD (total 80USD) will apply per BL.

Note: Please be advised that above charges are published for reference purposes only. These are subject to change in accordance with the terms and conditions of the governing tariff in effect on the date on which the carrying vessel is scheduled to depart from the Port of Loading.
