Who are your trucking carriers?
Sealand only works with authorized truck carriers to deliver your shipments on time, at the right price.

What products/commodities do you accept?
We carry consumer products, retail, apparel, lifestyle goods, tech products, chemicals, and more. We do however also have some restrictions on the commodities we transport. You can find our commodity acceptance guidelines here.

What is your service/area coverage?

We provide a wide landside coverage in Vietnam with multiple inland ports/ICDs and a comprehensive truck fleet. This ensures that we have sufficient capacity even during peak seasons. Our trucks serve almost all of the industrial zones in Vietnam.

What kind of equipment do you offer for your inland transportation and distribution services?
Shipments can be carried in our standard 20 and 40-foot ocean containers for inland transport from port to warehouse or factory.

For distribution services between your warehouses and to end customers, we provide both box trucks and containerized trucks, combined with domestic feeders/barges so you get the most cost-competitive, reliable, and environment-friendly deliveries.

For inland transportation and logistics, do you only cater to Sealand ocean customers?
In short: no. We do provide services for multicarrier shipments via inland transport in Vietnam.
We currently offer the most competitive benefits of quicker access and full visibility and control for Sealand/Maersk container shipments, for containerized transport from ports to your warehouses, factories, or customers.

How do I know the status of my import shipments?
For ocean bookings shipped via Sealand, you may use our tracking feature on sealandmaersk.com, or you could chat with our virtual assistant SeaBot for quicker assistance.

For inland logistics shipments, we have dedicated customer experience agents communicating directly with you through email, phone, or Zalo messaging.
