Notes:
- Flat Racks and Open Top equipment are considered equal to special equipment.
- High cube and 9’6’ equipment is considered equal to 8’6’ equipment.
- Port storage is not included into combined demurrage and detention tariff but port operator charges storage directly from customers. Kotka port operator will charge storage charges directly to customers as of 15th of January 2022 PCD.
- Export Detention on all empty export containers that are returned to carrier upon booking cancellation, will be calculated from the date of removal of the empty containers from any of carrier depots, until the date which the container is returned to carrier, not used for export. Free days will not be considered, standard per diem rates will be applied.

Manual documentation fee
From November 1st 2016, all shipping instruction submissions for your shipments must be submitted through Sealandmaersk.com or any other online platform (EDI, INTTRA etc.). In case that you still wish to submit the shipping instructions manually, a Manual Documentation Fee (MDF) is applied.
The Manual Documentation Fee will be: 25 USD / bill of lading.
Commodity: Reefer acceptance only in Helsinki.
Weight and measurement: Following commodities are not accepted for export from loading country Finland as of May 1st 2021.

- Vehicles, cars, buses, trucks, lorries, motorcycles, bicycles, used
- Electronics, electronic appliances, audio, video equipment, telecommunication equipment, used
- USED - Tires, tyres, rubber
Special cargoes: Out of Gauge, Break Bulk and Dangerous cargo subject to standard Sealand approval procedures.
