Already in possession of an account with Maersk use the same user name and password and the gateway to Sealand - A Maersk Company is done automatically.

Demurrage

Warning: Free time conditions described below are not applicable for booking done through Sealand Spot.

• Effective date: 01/01/2020
• Expiry Date: until further notice
• Currency: EUR
• Free time and charges per container per calendar day (i.e. including week-ends and holidays) after free time expires.
• Demurrage starts from gate-in day on the terminal, ends with loading day to vessel

Notes

• Shipper’s Own Container is considered as equivalent to corresponding container type
• 40´ High and 45´ High containers are considered equal to 40´
• Special equipment/cargo, such as Flat Racks and Open Top equipment, is considered Shipper’s owned tank with DRY cargo follows free time rate of Dry equipment
• Shipper’s owned tank with IMO cargo follows free time & rate of IMO
• NOR (non-operating reefer) is considered as Dry Container
• Demurrage are INCLUDING terminal storage in Le Havre, Fos sur Mer, Dunkerque, Montoir de Bretagne, Brest and Rouen
• Demurrage for reefer are INCLUDING plugging fees on terminal in all French ports

Detention

• Currency: EUR
• Free time and charges per container per calendar day (i.e. including week-ends and holidays) after free time expires.
• Detention starts the day of the empty pick up day, ends with gate-in day in terminal

• 40´ High and 45´ High containers are considered equal to 40´
• Special equipment/cargo, such as Flat Racks and Open Top equipment, is considered equal to reefer tariff
• NOR (non-operating reefer) is considered as Dry Container
