Shipping to and from Israel

In order to continue providing you with an efficient and fast service, please follow below guidelines for the payments process for cash customers as of March 16, 2020.

1. Manual cheque payment will not be possible in our counters. We ask you to arrange the payment via bank transfer to the bank accounts details listed below. In order to allow quick update in our records, you are requested to make a gold bank transfer as well as send an email to EMEpayapp@maersk.com.
2. To assist you with this process, we will send you a copy of the open invoices for payment to the e-mail address updated in our records.
3. For a copy of invoices, you can contact us: isrfininv@maersk.com stating the invoice number / bill number.
