Letter of Indemnity
Laden: Acceptance is dependent of the commodity
Empty Clean: Secure cleaning certificate from accredited surveyor prior to loading on vessel (no certificate, no loading)
Empty Unclean: MSDS required, check acceptance with DG desk.
Reefers Specific to Manila and Cebu:
via Direct Shipper: generally acceptable; if new client, verify acceptability from approving desk
via Forwarder: acceptable provided below terms are accepted by shipper:
* commodity is FROZEN
* ultimate shipper is declared
* approval from appropriate desk is secured
Dangerous (DG Cargo) IMO 1, 6 and 7– conditionally acceptable, pending discussion of local Ops with direct customers.
Used Batteries / waste shipment: Shipper must provide MSDS with waste shipment documentation to shipping line for approval of commodity
Flexibags/Flexitanks MSDS of commodity and manufacturer details of flexibag is required to further check if booking can be accepted or not
OTHER RESTRICTIONS No Acceptance for LCL Cargo (DG and NON DG)

· Special purpose vehicles (includes fire trucks, ambulances, funeral hearses, crane lorries, tractor heads, boom trucks, tanker trucks, tank lorries,refrigerated trucks, mobile drilling derricks, pump trucks, aerial flat-form trucks, street sweepers, vacuum trucks, garbage compactors, self loader trucks, man lift trucks, lighting trucks, trucks mounted with special purpose equipment, and all other types of vehicles designed for aspecific use)
· Parts and components of above vehicles
· Completely Knocked Down and Complete Built Units of Cars and SUV's are not acceptable till end April 2008
