In the light of the COVID-19 development and the respected to safety of our staffs and customers, we would like to update on our Container deposit refund as below, in order to minimize the personal interaction for reduction the spread of Virus.
We, Sealand-A Maersk company, would like to inform that the container deposit refund will be released only once per week On Friday upon the confirmation from us during working hours only. This will be effective from March 15, 2021 until further notice.
REMARK:
- This need to be confirmed by Container Deposit <KH.containerdeposit@maersk.com>
- Please bring all necessary documentations such as receipt, EIR (IN), authorizes letter (if any).
- Please cascade this email to your colleagues whom involvement with this subject.
