Implementation of Instant Delivery Order

First of all, thank you for your support to Sealand - A Maersk Company as always. Continue with the success of instant cargo release orders online (Instant DO) applied for imported cargo to Da Nang previously, starting from July 25th, Sealand will expand this feature to location Ho Chi Minh and Hai Phong. This means that you’ll have your delivery order as soon as you make an online request with us. 

Pre- conditions for Instant DO:

• Request EDO via website (SSDO) from account of consignee.
• All pre-requisites are met (payment received, submit Negotiable Bill of Lading or surrender bill). 
• Not applicable to reefer/ SOC/ off hire containers.
• Within granted free time.
• Can request EDO from ETA-1. 

Note: 
For case don’t meet above conditions, your request on website will create Case IDxxxx and move to email: vn.import@sealandmaersk.com for customer service to check and support.

Each shipment can submit SSDO once so make sure all pre-requisites are met before request SSDO.
