WSC – Winter fee - Europe and Mediterranean to St Petersburg, RU, St Petersburg FCT, RU and Ust Luga, RU

Sealand Europe & Med constantly strive to provide reliable and innovative products to our customers. In order to continue offering our high-quality services and unmatched reliability, we will be implementing Winter Surcharge Fee (WSC) for all cargo into Saint Petersburg and Ust-Luga due to increase in operational costs during winter season, effective from PCD date December 1st, 2021. Payment follows freight.

• The above rates are inclusive of Basic Freight Rate (BAS), Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF).
• The above rates are also subject to other applicable surcharges, incl. local charges and contingency charges.
• Other corridors, commodities and container types (incl. reefers), that are not listed above, may also be subject to increases. 
• These rates are unaffected by, and do not affect, any tariff notified, published or filed in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
