Change of company address

Maersk Vietnam Limited - As agent for carrier Sealand Maersk Asia Pte. Ltd (hereinafter “Maersk Vietnam”) would like to express our warmest regards to our Valued customers.

Maersk Vietnam would like to inform that from 03rd Oct 2022, our business registration address of Qui Nhon branch will change from “3rd Floor 98 Mai Xuan Thuong Street, Ly Thuong Kiet Ward, Qui Nhon City, Vietnam” to the new address at “2nd Floor, Viettel building, 01 Dinh Bo Linh Street, Le Loi Ward, Qui Nhon City” (with the company code unchanged 0303728327-004).

In addition to changing the business registration location of Qui Nhon office, all other information of Qui Nhon branch remains unchanged.

Meanwhile, our counter in Qui Nhon will be in “2nd Floor, Viettel building, 01 Dinh Bo Linh Street, Le Loi Ward , Qui Nhon City” since 03rd Oct.

With this change, you may need to update your internal master data and systems. We would like to assure you that this change does not impact any contractual obligations.

According to the new Enterprise Law, the procedure of Notifying seal samples to the business registration office has been removed, so by this letter we would like to inform you that we will not be able to provide "Certificate of change of seal sample" or similar documents. Instead, we will provide our company's confirmation of the change in the company seal.
